John 4:39-41 Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in Him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.” So when the Samaritans came to Him, they urged Him to stay with them, and He stayed two days. Yesterday we saw that unbelief results in being cast out. That is a horrible consequence for the natural state of fallen man. But today we see that people go from unbelief to faith. In other words, unbelief is curable. Christ comes to us and cures us by bringing us to faith--Blessed be His name forever! Amen.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, You are gracious and worthy to be praised because You come to unbelieving people and bring them faith. Thank You for our faith. Bless us by Your Holy Spirit so that we remain in the True Faith, amen.
