Psalm 7: 6 Arise, O Lord, in Your anger, lift Yourself up because of the rage of my enemies, and awake for me to the judgment You have commanded! --NKJV

In the name of the One Whose anger protects His people, amen.

Did you ever come home from school after something bad had happened and your father got angry and said, "I'll take care of this!" If you did, you know how good it is to have someone on your side. We don't always realize it, but God's children are treated poorly in the world. There are still places where they are sometimes crucified. In our own country God's children are marginalized by the government and ridiculed by society. There is freedom of speech for every evil, but the Christian is supposed to remain silent with the truth.

God's anger boils because of these things. He is still in control and limits how bad things can get, and one day He will avenge His people for all the evil that has been done to them. God is on our side, and He is not deaf to the prayers of His holy people. Amen.

Prayer: O Lord, it seems like evil continues to grow and prosper in our world. How long will it be before You destroy it? Keep us from being overcome with evil. Give us the Holy Spirit to keep us in the true faith to the glory of Your holy name, amen.
