In the name of the One in Whose name we have life, amen
"Knowledge is Power." That is a common saying in English. In Genesis we see that there is knowledge of both good and evil. Now we see that knowledge can be life. So we have the words of life which give us faith in Jesus. In fact, the Bible's primary purpose is to give us life in Jesus' name.
What an incredible blessing for us to have God's word. What incredible motivation to read it knowing that it was written so that we might have life. May you be motivated to read the words of life. Amen.
Dear heavenly Father, Your word was written so that we might believe that Jesus is the Christ, and that believing we might have life in His name. Cause You Holy Spirit to increase our faith through the words we read, so that we may stand in the True Faith to eternal life with You, amen.
