Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. --KJV

In the name of our Redeemer, amen.

This short verse of Scripture is really a prayer for God-pleasing prayer. Who is able to pray in a proper manner on His own? It is the Holy Spirit, Who gave us faith and keeps us in it, that gives us the ability to pray in a God-pleasing way. That is because prayer is in fact a form of worship. We speak our prayers by the words of our mouths, and we meditate in our hearts on the things that we request from God. So, it is very fitting for us to ask the Holy Spirit to purify our prayers. Amen.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, sanctify our prayers so that we ask for things that our pleasing to You and beneficial for Christ's kingdom. Amen.
