Philippians 2:12, 13 So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure. --NASB In the name of the One Who works in us, amen.

As we look forward to the return of Christ, we should take salvation seriously. This is no game. We are at war. While salvation is an accomplished fact, any of us could ultimately fall from the faith. So we take our faith seriously and consider that it is God Himself Who works in us. He is the one that works faith in our hearts. He is the One Who keeps us in that faith unto eternal life. And He is faithful. Amen.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, You are the One Who works faith in us. Keep us in The Faith so that we win the crown of eternal life, amen.
