 Application for Student Aid

Please note:

·        Aid is given for schools in fellowship with Reformation Lutheran Church

·        Aid is given for amounts not covered by other means (Pell Grants, Scholarships, work, etc.)

·        You must provide a copy of the student’s financial need analysis (from the school) with this application

·        You must provide a copy of the student’s grade report as often as it is published (the report may be an unofficial copy)
