1 Peter 4:9
Use hospitality one to another without grudging.

In the name of the One Who has shown us the greatest hospitality. Amen.
God never asks us to do anything that He hasn’t done for us. He asks us to love, because He loves us. He asks us to sacrifice for others, because He has sacrificed for us. He asks us to be hospitable, because He has been hospitable to us. It’s been said that God welcomed us with open arms--Christ's open arms on the cross. It is true that God is hospitable. He welcomes His enemies into His family. He gives them everything they need to be His children. He went, and goes the extra mile so that we are welcome in His house. All hospitality that we show to others is a reflection of God’s hospitality to us. When we recognize that Christ made Himself our brother so that we could be God’s children; when we understand that He paid our debt for sin to the Father, then we see just how hospitable God really is. Amen.
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, You came to earth and taught us what hospitality is. Bless us with the Holy Spirit so that we may truly be hospitable to others. Glorify Your Father through Your brothers and sisters. Amen.
